Any software wants to sell inside China, it shall be registered before sales. For the company that is registered in Shanghai, CNY800 is refundable from Shanghai local government.
Requirements: 1. Computer software copyright registration form 2. Applicant identity (photocopy) 2.1. China company provides business license copy. 2.2. Chinese individual provides ID copy. 2.3. Foreign company provides business license that is certified by China embassy in that foreign country. 2.4 Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao provides the business license that certified by court or lawyer. 3. Compute source code that printed on paper, first 30 pages and last 30 pages, if the total pages is less than 60 pages provide all. Each pages shall have at least 50 lines except the last page. 4. Documentation (choose one of user manual, design specification, manual, etc.) prepare first 30 pages and last 30 pages, if the total pages is less than 60 pages provide all.
